Aim
The Invictus Trust is a small charity which aims to support and offer services to local teenagers who are suffering from poor mental health and associated issues
Services
We use all funds raised to help with :
Information - Supplying easily understandable leaflets and on-line
information regarding mental health terminology
Support - Signposting to existing services and offering peer support
Services - Professional psychological support and access to outdoor
activities eg surfing
Dedicated to Ben..
The Invictus Trust is dedicated to the memory of Ben Cowburn, a wonderfully vibrant young man whose struggle with mental health issues had tragic consequences. The Invictus Trust is named after the poem that inspired Ben.
We are delighted that Sainsbury's in Truro has adopted us as charity of the year.
